- INSYDOR Chrome extension installed
- Signed in to INSYDOR (quota is tied to your account)
- Browsing a Takealot product or category page
Listing analytics
Understand a single product’s performance and lifecycle. GMV trend, time on shelf, and estimated daily sales help you decide whether to follow or stock.
Steps
Open a product page
Open any Takealot product detail page.
Find the INSYDOR panel
The panel appears on the page; open the “Listing” tab.
Refresh data
For a first-time analysis, tap refresh to fetch the latest metrics.
Read the results
After a few seconds you’ll see the GMV chart and headline KPIs.

Reading the output
GMV trend
3–36 month revenue trend to see growth, stability, or decline.
First review time
Proxy for when the listing likely went live.
Months on shelf
How long the listing has been selling—new vs mature.
Estimated daily sales
A recent-data estimate to inform stocking decisions.
FAQ
AI review insights
Automatically read reviews to surface pros/cons, themes, scenarios, and actionable suggestions—so you can improve the product and PDP faster.
Steps
Pick a product with reviews
More reviews generally mean richer, more stable insights.
Open the AI reviews tab
In the INSYDOR panel, choose the AI reviews tab.
Generate the analysis
Tap refresh; the model processes all reviews (often 10–30 seconds).
Read the report
You’ll see rating mix, pros/cons, themes, scenarios, and suggestions.

Reading the output
Rating mix
Share of positive, neutral, and negative sentiment at a glance.
Pros
What shoppers praise—useful bullets for your listing.
Cons
Complaints and risks—prioritize fixes and QA.

Steps
Open a category page
Navigate to any Takealot category listing (e.g. Baby > Car seats).
Open the category tab
In the INSYDOR panel, choose category analytics.
Refresh
Pull the latest category snapshot for the page you are on.
Review insights
Scan trend, price bands, and top-10 tables.

Reading the output
Category GMV trend
Is the category growing, flat, or shrinking over time?
Price-band distribution
Where listings cluster by price and share of demand.
Top 10 tables
Leading sellers, brands, and listings to understand concentration.
Peak / trough months
Seasonality cues for promos and inventory.
